Does the goods have a warranty?
All new material is sold with a legal warranty, usually two years for individuals. Regarding any used goods for sale, the warranty will be specified in the description.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with Paypal, offering buyer protection and bank transfers.

How does your return policy work?
We accept returns for material in the condition in which it was shipped, therefore unused and undamaged. The economic return does not include the shipping costs incurred by Mytech Michele Letizia and the financial costs of Paypal.
The return shipment is paid by the buyer and it will be possible to return the goods to the Polish address or to the one in Italy.

Are shipments insured?
Of course, all our shipments are insured for loss and damage. In case of damage, the buyer is obliged to fill out the appropriate form in the presence of the courier.

In the absence of the form, Mytech Michele Letizia will not be responsible for damage to the goods.
