General conditions of sale
1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE – These Conditions of Sale govern the purchase contract between "MYTECH MICHELE LETIZIA" – hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" and the customer in order to purchase the products published on the website www.mytechperformance.it. The customer, by electronically confirming the ORDER SUMMARY, declares that he knows and unconditionally accepts the General Conditions of Sale and that he will fulfill all the obligations set out therein towards the Seller. For this reason, the Customer is required to carefully read them, print them and keep them, in accordance with the provisions of art. 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05. The Seller is authorized to modify or integrate these general conditions of sale at any time, also in consideration of any regulatory changes, without having to give prior notice. Such changes will be binding for customers only from the moment they are published on the website www.mytechperformance.it, and will not have retroactive effect.
2 – ORDERS – When the Seller comes into possession of the order sent by the customer, it will send, via email, the ORDER SUMMARY, where all the information relating to it will be specified. The order will be considered perfected and concluded only with the receipt by the Seller of the expected payment, and with the sending, via email, of the ORDER CONFIRMATION complete with all other information necessary for the correct invoicing and correct delivery of the goods.
Any additional costs of transport expenses that may be determined by insufficient information, are the full responsibility of the customer.
The Seller will not be able to process orders for products that are no longer available at the time of the order. In this case, the order itself will not be followed up and the reasons will be communicated via email.
In this case, the purchase contract will not be concluded, therefore, the Seller will return to the customer the amounts that will have come into its possession in reference to the purchase contract not perfected.
No right of the Customer to request compensation for damages is recognized, as well as any liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or things caused by the failure to accept an order, even partial.
3 – PRICES - The price shown on each model includes VAT.
For customers residing in EEC countries who have an International VAT number, the sales price will be reduced by the Polish VAT rate in force on the date of the order.
For customers residing in non-EEC countries, the published sales price is to be considered excluding VAT.
4 – COLORS - The colors shown on the site are indicative since it is not technically possible to ensure absolute fidelity to the original colors. This does not constitute a reason for contesting the product.
5 – SHIPMENTS - Shipping times vary according to the products and will be specified in the FINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION that the Seller will send to the customer for the completion and conclusion of the order. Shipping times are indicative therefore no responsibility can be attributed to the Seller for early or late shipment, as these causes are not directly attributable to it. The goods are shipped to the destination indicated by the customer reported in the FINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION. Periods of absence at the indicated address or other communications useful for delivery must be communicated in the notes field of the order, in order to avoid unnecessary storage costs, which will in any case be borne by the recipient. 6 – TRANSPORT - The goods are shipped to the destination indicated by the customer and reported on the “ORDER CONFIRMATION” via National and International Couriers, adequately packaged and complete with transport document or accompanying invoice. The relative cost is already included in the price on some products on which “free shipping” is highlighted and on others it will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase after having specified the relative destination. This service, both with “free shipping” and with “subsequent charge” always refers to goods delivered: ground floor, tailgate corresponding to the customer's house number.
